I had a fantastic stay at Mercure Orange! The location is super convenient, right in the heart of town, with cafes, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away. The room was clean, modern, and really comfortable—great attention to detail with everything you’d expect for a relaxing stay. The staff were warm and welcoming, always happy to help with a smile. I especially appreciated how smooth the check-in and check-out process was. The on-site facilities were also a bonus, including the restaurant and bar, which made dining easy after a long day. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Orange—whether it’s for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be back!

The location was very central and close to where I had a medical appointment on the following morning. I was able to find the hotel easily even though it is also known under the name Templers Mill. Overall I was happy with my stay and will stay again.

The location was really good. Handy to have the club across the carpark. Also the UB restaurant very close and excellent. Gave a $20 discount for the club, as we didn’t have our room serviced daily. Great toiletries and espresso coffee pod machine.

Clean comfortable bed, good storage, good stocked fridge. At the back of the RSL, convenient access to the club. close to all shops. good parking available. Jen in the office was lovely and we got in earlier than expected. Even though rooms are close together, it was quiet. Have stayed here a couple of times and would stay again. Plenty of space to store luggage, full size ironing board, nice toiletry products.

Room was cosy and even on cold nights we didn’t need the heater. It had everything we needed.The shower was great. The bed was warm and comfortable, The ex-services club connected to the hotel was so convenient and affordable for breakfast and dinner. It was perfect and we would definitely recommend it.

We can't complain about the room it was nice and clean Just the air conditioner was the problem. We will be staying there again on the 25th of June for Dr Appt and have ask for a room with a split system instead of the old solid one in the wall

Everything, the staff were awesome. Couldn't have asked for anything better. After booking out of another Motel around the corner because I was scared to stay and booking into the Mercure was a complete pleasure. The staff were awesome so thank you. The only thing I would say is for the staff to ask if you are a member of Mecure because it wasn't until I was booking out I thought about it and could have saved myself some money

Comfortable bed. Shower had excellent water flow and a wooden non slip floor. Fantastic location as it was an easy walk to many places we wanted to visit.
